It helps manufacturers adhere to the most rigorous quality standards throughout the production process. Unilogic has developed various sorting systems used across different industries (e.g., pencils, O-rings, oil seals, bearings, rivets, tiny metal parts, water tubes, etc.). Drawing on this extensive experience, we have standardised reusable software and hardware architecture for high-speed sorting systems, enabling us to quickly build sorting solutions tailored to customer products. We provide a complete end-to-end solution as a comprehensive vision system, which includes integration and support at the customer site whenever needed.
Our system utilises an industrial machine vision camera to capture images of the product in the best possible way. We then apply unique imaging algorithms to extract useful information such as pass/fail results and dimensions. For example, in the Rivet Inspection System, the camera captures an image of the rivet as it moves along the conveyor, processes it to detect any cracks on its surface, and measures internal diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), etc. The system then removes defective rivets from the conveyor using pneumatic ejectors.
Unilogic Develops and Deploys Turnkey Machine Vision Systems. Each System May Include:
We Do Vision Based Inspections Through The Following Ways
A smart camera is a self-contained, standalone vision system with a built-in image sensor. It typically includes all necessary communication interfaces and does not require a PC for operation.
Smart cameras can address a wide range of applications, including presence or absence verification, position/orientation/alignment verification, and many more.
In a PC-based vision system, the machine vision camera is connected to a PC to transfer images, while the PC performs image processing and decision-making operations.
The processing power of the PC enables the development of custom image algorithms and facilitates integration with other systems.
