Our Machine Vision system helps manufacturers adhere to the most rigorous quality standards throughout the production process. Unilogic has built various sorting systems used in different industries (e.g Pencil, Oring, Oil seals, bearings, Rivets, Tiny metal parts, water tubes, etc.). Using this rich experience we have standardized on reusable software and hardware architecture for high-speed sorting systems, so that we can quickly build any high-speed sorting system suitable to customer products. We provide complete end to end solution as a whole vision system which includes integration and support at customer site whenever needed.
Our system uses an Industrial machine vision camera to capture the images of the product in the best possible ways. We then apply unique imaging algorithms to extract useful information such as Pass / Fail, Dimensions, etc., Example: Rivet Inspection System – Captures the image of the Rivet as it moves on the conveyor, process it to find any crack present on its surface, also measures ID, OD, etc., Removes the defective rivets from conveyor using pneumatic ejectors.
Unilogic develops and deploys Turnkey Machine Vision Systems. Each system may include:
- Vision Software development primarily using NI LabVIEW Vision.
- Lighting and Optics design
- Mechanical , I/O design, and specification
- Custom brackets and enclosures design and fabrication
- On-Site Integration and SAT
- Full Documentation set (may include IQ/OQ/PQ)
- “n” days of customer support
We do Vision based inspections through the following ways
Smart Camera based Vision systems
A smart camera is a self-contained, standalone vision system with built-in image sensor. Usually, it contains all necessary communication interfaces and does not require a PC for operation.
It can address a wide range of applications like Presence or Absence Verification, Position / Orientation / Alignment Verification, and many more.
PC based vision system
In a PC based vision system, Machine vision camera is connected to the PC to transfer the image and PC performs the image processing operation and decision making.
PC processing power helps in developing custom image algorithms and also in integrating with other systems.
